Overview:
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at CTS, you excel at building new features from scratch and possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You can engage product stakeholders, clarify requirements, and make informed decisions to prioritize functionality over perfection, minimizing technical debt. Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience working as a full stack developer writing modern Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience working in a DevOps-centric environment, with a strong focus on continuous delivery and GitOps principles.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, preferably PostgreSQL. You can design database tables and debug slow queries.
• Experience with building idempotent, event-driven software (Kafka, Service Bus, Event Grid, SQS, Pub/Sub, MQTT).
• You write modular, clean, and testable code that can safely be deployed daily.
• Self-motivated and successful when given a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. Capable of taking ownership of a feature from concept to shipped.
• Familiar with modern cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Bonus Points For:
• You have worked at an MSP or MSP vendor previously in a technical role.
• Experience with low-code workflow building tools, or robotic process automation tools (we use Azure Logic Apps).
• .NET/C# development experience, particularly on Azure Functions extensions
• Experience with building concept designs within Figma
Hours and Location:
We are a remote-first team operating with core hours in the Eastern Standard time zone.
