Senior Front End Test Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Test Engineer to join our team.

This role is based in PST.

As a Senior Front-End Test Engineer your main responsibility will be implementing front-end and continuous integration test processes, methods, test plans and automated tests for our product and executing manual and automated tests. You will work as a part of our testing team with close cooperation with our software, hardware and science teams.

What You will do:

• Review and analyze product specifications and requirements
• Develop, perform and maintain test automation and test plans for UI and APIs
• Execute tests
• Design, improve and implement test methodologies and processes
• Report bugs and help other developers with debugging
• Drive automation, CI and quality processes across all environments, including production
• Take responsibility for product quality and release process

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing test automation with Cypress or Selenium in high traffic cloud environments
• 4+ years experience in test automation or coding using Java, JavaScript or Python
• 1+ years of Rest API testing or development experience
• Experience with security tools used in testing of web and APIs
• Experience with cloud services
• Experience planning test strategies and test plans for test automation
• 2+ years experience maintaining CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Github actions)
• Knowledge of different software testing methods
• Excellent problem solving skills and analytical mindset

• The ability to work independently and be a self-starter

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

• Region 3 $171,,000 - $176,500
• Region 4 $161,500 - $167,000
