Job description  

The Role:

Korn Ferry is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst who will support the RPO business.

Key Accountabilities:

The Senior FP&A Analyst who will report to the Senior Manager, FP&A for the RPO Segment. You will help with forecasting, business analyses and ongoing Finance support required by the RPO business.

• Responsible for the analysis and financial forecasting of the North America P&L
• Review key trends, investigate variances, and communicate findings to Leadership
• Grow to become the leading voice for North America finance with professional expertise in our numbers and processes
• Always aim for completeness and accuracy to provide reliable and quality data
• Partner with Account Leaders and Operations to review KPIs
• Help perform testing and reconciling of different financial datasets Globally
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting to provide additional insight and drive performance
• Collaborate with other regional colleagues to develop and improve current financial models
• Be proactive, demonstrate ownership such as identifying opportunities for future data needs

Skills & Experience:

• 4-7 years of Accounting and/or Finance experience
• 4+ years of Excel knowledge (e.g. Pivot Tables, Graphs, VLOOKUP)
• Strong problem-solving skills—this is key as this position offers many opportunities to take and make things your own
• Ability to perform comprehensive analysis then present this data in a clear way
• Project Management, capable of prioritizing different tasks. assignments, etc.
• Strong communication skills, willing to coordinate and collaborate with others
• Self-starter who can work independently without a lot of instruction
• Someone who is curious and likes to navigate complexities and work out solutions to get things to the finish-line
• Most importantly—a positive mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
