Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, CPA accounting designation.
  • 3-4 years auditing experience.
  • Experience with US GAAP, COSO or Sarbanes-Oxley would be an asset.
  • Strong reconciliation skills and understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Experience in a fast paced, computerized, multi-Company, multi-currency environment.
  • A proactive, can-do, work ethic; a demonstrated strong desire to work hard to identify issues and opportunities, including exemplifying a trust, but verify approach
  • Ability to focus on large volumes of data and identify errors or discrepancies.
  • Can create documentation of systems and processes that are logical and easy to follow.
  • Strong computer skills – Excel & Word.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), ability to effectively convey information to various levels of staff in a clear and concise manner.
