We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager to join the Expedia Group Finance team.  In this role you will provide financial management support and partner with leaders throughout EG. You will be a catalyst in influencing the strategic decisions across the business.  We will nurture your collaborative approach and will welcome your way of thinking. We value working with globally diverse teams to break down obstacles, be innovative and ensure the financial success of the business and happiness of our travelers!

What you'll do:

• Be an instrumental player in the Brands Organization who supports divisional CFO and key business leaders

• Manage at least one direct report

• Partner across EG to develop a deep understanding of business levers, be a thought leader, and drive enterprise strategy

• Finance lead for MBR, QBR and Board of Directors presentations, along with earning support

• Evaluate financial performance for Outlook/Forecasts as well as actual results providing actionable insights and recommendations

Who you are:

• 8+ years of finance experience with growing responsibilities; management experience is a plus

• High level of intellectual curiosity that drives sense of ownership and desire for continuous improvement

• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management

• Advanced analytic, modeling, forecasting, and presentation skills

• Results driven and highly motivated, with the ability to think big and small

• Able to lead and influence decisions across various internal functions

• Passion for using data to drive better decision-making

• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.  Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
