About CapitaLand Digital Platforms Team

The Digital Platforms team manages the CapitaStar Retail & Workspace digital ecosystem, which includes the CapitaStar Rewards Programme, CapitaStar For Business, CapitaStar@Work, CapitaVoucher and CapitaCard. In addition to managing all of CapitaLand Retail & Workspace’s digital platforms, we offer a suite of plug-and-play marketing, CRM and technology integration solutions for clients who want to tap on the scale and capabilities of our programmes.

The team focuses on driving profitability and value, whilst facilitating seamless omni-channel touchpoints for our end consumers. Our priority is to enrich the experiences for both our retail and workspace community, as we enhance the business capabilities through MarTech innovation for our network of clients, merchants, tenants and partners.

The Digital Platforms team is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data-related projects that support the business. This role will report to the Deputy Head of Digital Platforms, Retail & Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support and project-manage data initiatives, including the implementation of AI/ML technologies and utilizing a Customer Engagement Platform to drive business strategies and growth.

• Collaborate with different teams such as Marketing, Business Development, and Operations, unlocking valuable insights for informed decision making.

• Provide timely, actionable insights through accurate data extraction, analysis, and compelling visualizations for business growth.

• Develop impactful and user-friendly dashboards tailored to stakeholders’ needs, transforming complex data into clear and engaging insights.

• Acquire, clean and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Establish data governance best practices to improve and maintain high-quality datasets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

• At least 1 year of working experience in a data-related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficient and comfortable in common, daily business analytical tools such as SQL and Excel.

• Experience in data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

• Knowledge about machine learning and AI is a plus.

• Effective communication skills - both written and oral to collaborate efficiently with both business and technical teams.

• Demonstrate problem-solving skills, able to break down complex problems and requirements.

• Driven and passionate about using data to help business growth.

• Keen and curious learner along with a positive and growth mindset.
