We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to join our growing team.

As the backbone of our office, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering top-tier support to our teammates and Regional President, and cultivating a collaborative, positive workplace culture. With your ability to stay two steps ahead, prioritize with precision, and tackle challenges proactively, you’ll seamlessly manage multiple initiatives to drive success.

How You Will Contribute

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional President, including managing email, scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and preparing polished presentations.
  • Oversee the daily office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facilities coordination.
  • Plan and execute in-office customer meetings and memorable team events.
  • Manage payroll tasks in Workday, such as timecard corrections, job updates, and absence entries.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for front-office needs, including phone calls, mail, and package deliveries.
  • Support accounting operations, including ACH/wire transactions.
  • Track and ensure compliance with annual requirements and performance reviews.
  • Maintain and update the region’s internal subsite and communication platforms.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new team members, ensuring a positive start to their journey.
  • Keep the office organized, clean, and welcoming.
  • Proactively identify and address team needs, offering timely and efficient solutions.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that inspires excellence.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

  • Proven experience in office administration, executive support, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar systems. (preferred)
  • Experience in event planning and coordination (preferred)
