JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Engineer with 5+ years of experience configuring and managing domain-separated ServiceNow environments and extensive experience with System and customer integrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that support multi-tenant environments while ensuring seamless integration with external systems.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Configure, and maintain domain-separated ServiceNow instances, ensuring data isolation, security, and compliance. • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and ACLs. • Design and implement custom integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub to connect ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise systems. • Leverage ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Scripting to automate ITSM, ITOM, and other business processes. • Implement and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC), data security, and best practices for domain-separated instances. • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency within a multi-tenant architecture. • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and customers to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementations. • Maintain technical documentation and provide training/support to administrators and end-users.
