SENIOR ENGINEER

We are looking for a talented Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team in Gurgaon and contribute to the design of Combined Cycle Power Plants and other large-scale infrastructure projects.

- Lead the analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for Combined Cycle Power Plants and industrial projects.

- Develop design documents and provide technical inputs to the drafting team for error-free drawing preparation.

- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to gather inputs, resolve technical issues, and deliver integrated solutions.

- Participate in 3D Model Reviews and independently resolve interdisciplinary clashes.

- Review subcontractor and vendor documents for technical compliance and completeness.

- Prepare and review design calculations, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs.

- Provide technical clarifications and solutions to site queries, supporting project execution from office to field.

 

 

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's in Structural or Geotechnical Engineering is an added advantage.

- 5-10 years of experience in analysis and design of civil structures (RCC and steel), with at least 5 years in Combined Cycle Power Plants.

- Hands-on proficiency with STAAD Pro Connect editions, SAP 2000, Ram Connection, or similar structural design software.

- Strong working knowledge of Indian standards (IS, IRC) and international codes (ASCE, ACI, AISC, Eurocode, BS).

- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

- Solid problem-solving skills and basic knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles.
