About the role
As the Senior Engagement Planner at CMI Media Group you will be the mastermind crafting tactical plans across Display, Custom Digital Programs, Email, Print, POC, and Conferences. This role ensures that media plans not only align to but also elevate our overarching strategic approach. You will take leadership in executing, activating, and flawlessly managing tactical plans and development for healthcare brands. Key Responsibilities:
- Audience Influence Mastery: Expand your knowledge of how media captivates and influences audiences, shaping orchestrated omnichannel experiences that resonate deeply.
- Supplier Engagement & Negotiation: Develop a robust supplier list for Request For Proposals (RFPs) and negotiate at the brand level, ensuring optimal outcomes for our initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with peers across disciplines, ensuring integration across channels for impactful engagement strategies. (Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, Point of Purchase)
- Client Communication & Oversight: Manage client communications and updates while overseeing the workflow of team members to ensure deadlines are not just met but exceeded.
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years experience as a Planner/Buyer in media, with demonstrated expertise in media basics, syndicated tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational Mastery: Exceptional organizational skills, detail orientation, and proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex challenges proactively, adapt to dynamic situations, and preemptively adjust approaches for optimal solutions.
- Accountability & Customer Focus: Demonstrated accountability in meeting business needs while ensuring customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.
- Collaborative Spirit: A knack for fostering collaborative relationships across diverse cross-functional teams.
- Numerical Acumen: Strong understanding of mathematical concepts, comfortable working with budgets and numbers.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and travel occasionally to other company or partner offices for meetings and responsibilities.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting objects up to 15 pounds and sitting for prolonged periods while working on a computer.
- Detail-Oriented Approach: Consistent daily completion of timesheets.
