Senior Enablement Specialist

This role is tasked with supporting our global sales organization with managing content delivery. As a Senior Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for our sales enablement program through webcasts. You will focus on managing webcast preparation, delivery and follow-up. You will work directly with all levels of internal employees, support communications and reporting services. There are many opportunities to collaborate with Revenue Enablement Services, Oracle sales regions, Oracle product marketing and development, and all other internal organizations.

Revenue Enablement Services is performance driven, and processes are in place to help you ramp up and succeed in this role. Throughout your tenure, we will continue to invest in you and develop the breadth of your training expertise. Success in the role is measured by your ability to self-sufficient, understand new solutions, maintain high learner feedback scores, and contribute to the overall success of Revenue Enablement Services.

Desired ability and experience:

 · 3+ years of experience in software learning or development 

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of internal employees

· Experience with Zoom and other enablement applications and platforms 

· Ability to work in a virtual and/or in-office team environment 

· Experience working cross functionally as part of a project team

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $70,600 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
