Senior Emergency technician at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center Mission Hills, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 12-hour Night shifts.

The Senior Emergency Services Technician role is a non-licensed health care employee who performs delegated routine and predictable patient care tasks/duties and works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). These duties may include, but are not limited to ECGs, vital signs, monitoring, basic patient care and transportation. Responds appropriately to patients and families with knowledge of age-specific needs based on the emergency department scope of service.

Required Qualifications:
- Upon hire: California Emergency Medical Technician License Or
- Upon hire: California Emergency Medical Technician Advanced License Or
- Upon hire: California Paramedic License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
- 5 years of EMT experience
- 5 years of Emergency Department experience
Preferred Qualification:
- Coursework/Training and California Emergency Medical Technician License and Clinical experience.
