Senior Electrical Designer or Engineer

The Senior Designer or Engineer leads design decisions, manages project teams, and serves as the primary contact for clients. With expertise in lighting, power, and systems design, they ensure high-quality, efficient designs, documentation, and construction administration. A Senior Designer excels in technical skills and is a resource for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design decisions and project staff, ensuring timely delivery of quality results.
• Mentor and support junior staff development and provide expert guidance to clients.
• Develop coordinated, code-compliant, efficient designs and documentation.
• Oversee responsive construction administration and quality assurance checks.
• Conduct facility assessments and site verifications.
• Use company software (AutoCAD, Revit, AGI 32, BlueBeam, LiquidPlanner, etc.) to complete tasks effectively and manage projects.
• Handle multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
• Contribute positively to the company’s culture and innovation.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Electrical Design or similar (Senior Designer) or Bachelor's in Engineering (Senior Engineer).
• 10+ years of experience in electrical design and project management.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• For Senior Engineer: Successful completion of the PE Exam.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $95,000 to $125,000+ determined through a fair review of qualifications and experience.
