Employment Type: Full Time 38 hours per week - fixed term position from November 2025 to then end of 2026

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

 

About Goodstart Warwick Percy Street:

 

We are a close-knit, 53 place centre with four distinct care environments, catering to children from six weeks to five years old. We offer above-award wages, flexible work hours, and dedicated off-the-floor time for programming and professional development.

You’ll need:

 

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) or strong Certificate III candidate considered 
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
