About the Role:

As a Senior Market Operations Director, you will serve as the business leader for Mobile Integrated Care (MIC).  Reporting to the Head of MIC, you will play an integral role in defining the strategy and priorities for the team, as well as operationalizing services by leading a team that specializes in process redesign as well as analytics.

The key function of your job is to partner with the leaders in your department and markets to set the strategic direction of the MIC service, as well as develop highly impactful processes, systems, and infrastructure in support of the caregivers that provide direct services to Cityblock’s members through our innovative care model. 

You will: 

• Lead a team of Senior Associates to build and refine the Mobile Integrated Care team’s systems, processes, and reporting tools
• In partnership with other MIC leaders, determine MIC’s strategic priorities to maximize the team’s contribution to company goals
• Lead quarterly roadmap planning process to outline the initiatives we will tackle to improve our performance
• Facilitate internal project management to ensure the team makes progress against priorities 
• Track service line KPIs and design improvements based on goals
• Ensure that all stakeholders have the requisite data and information to do their jobs including information needed to manage them effectively
• Partner with the MIC Medical Director and Clinical Operations Director to make the markets the best place for caregivers to practice Mobile Integrated Healthcare.
• Own and share accountability for success of operational process improvement and achievement of KPIs
• Serve as primary point of contact for cross-functional partners including Clinical Design, Finance, Marketing, Data, Product
• Manage relationships with local market leadership (Executive Directors, Medical Directors, Operations Directors, etc) including quarterly performance readouts and monthly working sessions, identifying data-driven insights and building shared action plans
• Share and report out on roadmap plans regularly with your team and team members at the Block, where Product, Finance, Marketing, and many other teams function to develop tools and technologies that support the members of Cityblock care teams at the forefront of member care.
