Job Summary
The Sr Director of HR provides strategic and operational direction of Human Resources to recruit, retain and engage a high-quality workforce. Works in coordination with HR Centers of Excellence within the FMOLHS Integrated HR Operating Model to deliver high quality systems and processes to meet the needs of the market. Serves as a strategic partner to the executive and leadership teams concerning all HR matters. This position will be supporting our Baton Rouge and Northshore markets.
Minimum Requirements
Experience – 8 years of HR leadership experience
Education - Bachelor’s degree
