We are looking for a Senior Director of Finance to innovate, win, and grow with us.

As a leader of our Global Finance Team, you will play a key role in the strategic financial direction of the company.  In this role you will have day-to-day interaction with finance senior management, business leaders and other functions including accounting and IT.  In addition to supporting financial leadership to the organization, this fast-paced role will be involved in forecasting, planning, budgeting, and reporting.

The Director of Business Finance will provide financial leadership and work closely with our product line leadership teams as we transform our analytical and operational capabilities.  You’ll be joining a smart, creative, and fast-moving FP&A team, and positioning yourself to have an impact from day one!

How you’ll contribute:

• Partner with the business to drive financial success
• Lead a team of business financial analysts who support our product line performance
• Drive our global product line reporting, budgeting, and forecasting with a heightened focus on the story behind the numbers
• Build global financial models in anticipation of transition to FP&A tool
• Prepare and present financial reports for the C-Suite and executive team members
• Drive and/or support commercial and strategic priorities across the business
• Provide analysis of proposed M&A transactions, as needed
• Interact daily with our executive team
• Impact change across the organization

What will make you successful:

• Proven track record of working with teams to drive change designed to drive efficiency and growth
• 10+ years of relevant progressive experience, software industry preferred
• A history leading and developing junior team members into strong finance partners
• Bachelors’ Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Strong background and experience working with commercial leadership teams to deliver accurate forecasts
• A strong communicator with analytical skills and the ability to describe complex material
• Someone who values exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong experience utilizing Excel
• Someone who thrives under deadlines & enjoys the complexity of managing multiple projects
• Reviews requests effectively and provides solutions
