Reporting directly to the Vice&nbsp;President, Accounting, you will oversee accounting operations across both domestic and international entities, audit execution, operational accounting policies, and the M&amp;A&nbsp;integration team for the accounting organization. Come join us as we disrupt an entire industry and&nbsp;help take your career to the next level.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <ul> <li><strong>Lead and Scale the Global Controllership: </strong>Lead, mentor, and develop a high&nbsp;performing, multi-disciplinary accounting organization spanning domestic and&nbsp;international accounting as well as M&amp;A integration.</li> <li><strong>Financial Close &amp; Core Accounting Operations: </strong>Oversee the end-to-end global&nbsp;financial close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across&nbsp;general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, order management, cost&nbsp;accounting, and revenue operations.</li> <li><strong>International Accounting: </strong>Direct and support regional accounting operations and&nbsp;compliance across growing international entities, including EMEA, APAC, and the&nbsp;UK.</li> <li><strong>M&amp;A Accounting Integration: </strong>Partner closely with the Director, M&amp;A Accounting to&nbsp;ensure seamless integration of acquired entities, closing/opening
