As the Azure GenAI Lead and Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the generative AI strategy within Capgemini's Cloud Center of Excellence. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable GenAI solutions, ensuring they align with our clients' business objectives and technological needs.
Your role
- Define and implement the generative AI architecture and roadmap, aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
- Architect scalable GenAI solutions for various applications, including cloud-native and hybrid environments.
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) to solve complex customer issues related to AI solutions.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to clients on how to best utilize GenAI technologies to achieve their business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure successful deployment and adoption of GenAI solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of GenAI, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve and evolve Capgemini's GenAI offerings.
- Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, knowledge base articles, and other documentation to make information about GenAI capabilities more accessible to the broader organization, clients, and partners.
- Drive AI-powered Microsoft cloud solutions focused on AI Apps and Agentic AI solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and leverage the full potential of Microsoft's AI capabilities.
- Prepare data for powerful AI solutions, provide everyone access to insights, and seamlessly manage, govern, and secure your data estate to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Leverage deep Microsoft account sales relationships to accelerate client opportunities and secure Microsoft investments in cloud solutions.
Your skills and experience
- 15+ years of experience in a technology advisory role, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or big data platforms.
- Experience in deploying GenAI solutions is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies, cloud-native architectures, and big data platforms.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
