Senior Diagnostic Imaging Assistant - PAMC Imaging Admin

This position falls under direct supervision of the Supervisor Administrative Services.  It oversees the organization and administration of imaging data, reports, physician workspace, telephone reception and acts as a liaison between the Radiologist, staff, clinicians and patients. Recommends process or workflow improvements or changes and assist management with the design and implementation. Hours: Full-time, 1.0  FTE,  Day  Shift 40 Hours Per Week.

Required Qualifications:

• Medical Terminology
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Six months to one year experience in Radiology scheduling or Radiology support services, or related experience.
• 3 years experience in customer service role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year Surgery scheduling.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
