Senior Development Leader, Design Integration, RH Contract

  RH is seeking a Senior Development Leader to lead and orchestrate our integrated design approach to support our largest, most complex design projects from beginning to end. In partnership with the RH Contract Leadership Team, you will be responsible for framing up our largest interior design project opportunities for success. This role drives our “business of design” objectives and is a critical component of our unique and disruptive RH Contract interior design approach.   YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop and execute winning strategies for securing new design projects, while leading the preparation and negotiation of integrated design agreements 
• Develop and maintain resources to support Leadership Team presentations on our integrated design approach, including successful project examples, budgets, renderings, and fulfillment details
• Create project case study presentations and budgets to position RH Contract as the preferred partner
• Ensure all interior design, sourcing, manufacturing, project leadership and logistics deliverables are fully integrated and are tracking to meet deliverables, while maintaining effective communication to resolve issues efficiently with the right team
• Establish an internal and customer-facing RACI/Responsibility Matrix for each project that clearly outlines key roles, responsibilities and communication protocols
• Create and maintain a monthly milestone report, tracking progress internally and leading the communication of key project updates to the customer
• Understand the path to advance each project, from initial design concept through delivery and installation, by tracking deliverables and approvals with both the internal Design Integration Team and with the customer, against the established schedule
• Represent RH Contract at key project installations, completing punch lists, resolving issues directly with the customer on-site, and gathering feedback on the performance of our integrated design process

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of experience in a Project Management or Procurement role
• Solid understanding of required deliverables for complex design projects in the luxury Hospitality segment
• Deliver clear and effective communication to cross-functional partners and customers through presentations and written materials
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional partners, including leadership teams, senior decision makers on customers' teams and vendors
• Oversee and prioritize multiple projects, adapting to tight deadlines with regular guidance and collaboration from the RH Contract Leadership Team
• Exhibit a strong sense of initiative, foster innovative processes, and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Commitment to finding ways to simplify and elevate our RH Contract systems and practices
• Consistently travel domestically and in some cases internationally, for strategic customer meetings, installations, and/or product reviews
