As we continue to grow, we’re investing in the next generation of our platform and are looking for experienced engineers who want to help shape its future.</strong></p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform ad hoc analysis to determine identify trends and underlying root causes across 8am’s product ecosystem</li> <li>Work with Data Engineering to automate data transformations based on findings</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with other teams like Finance, Accounting, Partnerships and Product to convert data into insights</li> <li>Manage all steps of the data lifecycle (Collection, measurement, analysis, interpretation, presentation), provide qualitative and quantitative analysis and&nbsp; be able to present findings to stakeholders along with recommendations supported by rigorous analysis and statistics.</li> <li>Translate and summarize data into formats that help stakeholders make decisions quickly&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop rich, interactive visualizations to help stakeholders understand their area of the business and translate insights to data-driven decisions</li> <li>Communicate insights clearly through written summaries, presentations, and data storytelling tailored to both technical and
