ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia (Northern) DMV area.   

In this role you will be responsible for directing all activities related to ensuring continued certification as a network and cybersecurity service provider center of excellence. You will lead internal activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards, to include internal audits and preparation for assessment. This role will allow you to continuously improve and enhance the program based on evolving industry best practices and emergent threats 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Conduct business process analysis and recommend improvements to operations and cybersecurity strategies and capabilities 

  • Guide and mentor peers and subordinates to provide cross training. Develop and maintain program compliance and maturity metrics 

  • Work closely with customer to develop schedule 

  • Travel and send teams to sites as required to conduct assessments. Work with sites for pre-site coordination communication and activities to capture artifacts 

  • Analyze data, processes, tools, and tactics applied by cyber security teams and professionals 

  • Promote industry best practices for incident response, cybersecurity analysis, case and knowledge management, and SOC operations 

  • Promote and drive implementation of automation and process efficiencies. Audit response and escalation documentation and processes 

 
Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years of cybersecurity technical experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study 

  • 2+ years IT operational experience DOD 8570 IAM Level III or similar certification 

  • Experience preparing an organization for and successfully obtaining
