Senior Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Coordinator to manage BAP (Best Aquaculture Practices) sales administration and coordinate global seafood audit activities. This role ensures compliance with BAP standards, supports auditor training, and facilitates integration of seafood into our platform.

• Administer BAP sales processes and ensure Salesforce is up to date for all of BAP globally

• Integrate seafood services into company platforms and to ensure operational excellence

• Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures for seafood certification

• Train and support audit delivery for qualifying and onboarding of seafood auditors and witness audits as needed

• 4 year degree
• Experience in seafood certification, auditing, or compliance preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage global coordination and multiple priorities
• Familiarity with BAP standards and seafood industry practices is a plus
