Medical Surgical, Physician Specialty (Implantable Devices) IT contracting, Purchased Services and Capital Equipment Sourcing is a department of Strategic Sourcing comprised of multiple departments supporting our enterprise-wide non-laborer contract infrastructure.  Its mission is to maximize clinical and financial value on products, equipment, services and support to strengthen our One Ministry Committed to Excellence by delivering a robust foundation of common products.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of experience in Contract Management or a blend of healthcare and corporate contracting responsibilities.
• 1 year of Project management or team management experience in a Leadership role.
• Proven experience in leading teams through large projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of Job Specific experience:
  • Implantable Devices: Managing device implants.
  • Capital: Managing Capital contracts.
  • IT Sourcing: IT, Healthcare.
