The Provider Activation (PA) team is an operational department residing within the Medicare and Medicaid Organization. PA's focus is on provider contracts, provider information and quality of the provider data in Humana’s payer and directory systems. The PA team builds reimbursement structures, maintains demographic data, as well as maintains other elements of provider data in our systems to support Humana members. The Senior Consumer Service Operations Professional role within the Provider Activation DECx (Development, Engagement, and Consumer Experience) team will be responsible for providing solutions to knowledge or performance gaps. Those solutions will be implemented in the form of training for new or existing associates.  This role will help to support Medicaid growth through reporting, training, education, facilitation, and process documentation updates. The associate will lead efforts to optimize opportunities within the department, empower others in the organization to speak up and voice opportunities to improve processes and the experience or our internal and external consumers.  The role will act as a subject matter expert for course content, writing, planning, and facilitating training material and performance assessments to help measure the effectiveness of training and incorporation of Medicaid into our program.

Tasks will include but are not limited to facilitation and development of curriculum, driving development measures of success, process documentation or various ad hoc presentations, etc.

The role will provide product, client, customer, provider and compliance support.

Required Qualifications       

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of Provider Activation experience.
• 2+ years of consumer operations experience or related field that consist of: process knowledge, research, evaluation, identifying gaps and areas of improvements to recommend solutions.
• Experience using a wide variety of tools and methods to effectively facilitate to a wide audience in a variety of settings (virtual, in-person, etc.)
• Prior Professional experience with Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Meet Humana's Work at Home connectivity requirement listed in additional information.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Cornerstone, InDesign, Camtasia preferred
• Experience with APEX, CAS, MTV, PAAG, PIMS, and/or PMDM preferred
• Process Improvement & Project Management experience
• Prior contract loading experience preferred

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$69,800 - $96,200 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
