Responsibilities will include new design consultation, as well as the evaluation, investigation, and repair design for existing buildings. This individual will manage multiple concurrent projects, including mentoring junior staff and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires active professional engagement within the individual’s area of technical expertise, including participation in relevant associations and committees. Essential duties include climbing ladders and scaffolds, working at significant heights, and traveling by car, train / subway and air to multiple job sites.
