Come join a thriving, successful team enabling innovation within the financial services industry.  Apex Clearing is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst, Regulatory Requests.  The role will be focused on leading and managing a team responsible for regulatory inquiries and firm examinations and also assist internal and external rule interpretations.

What you will do all day:

• Compliance Leader - Provide training, assistance, advice and guidance in the review and analysis of daily functions including customer and firm business activity.
• Participate in ongoing projects and initiatives with various teams - You will interact with Trading and Operation groups by providing guidance on day-to-day compliance functions to ensure ongoing awareness with regulatory updates and changes.
• Investigate regulatory inquires - One of your primary objectives will be to actively participate in responding to various types of regulatory inquires and participating in regulatory examinations.
• Help the company continue to meet standards - Assist management in implementing adequate controls and quality assurance processes to provide early identification and prevention of potential compliance problems.
