This role reports to the Associate Director, Product Engineering as a member of the Technology Enabling Services team.</p> <p>As Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will combine cloud infrastructure operations,DevOps practices, and platform engineering principles with a strong emphasis on developer experience, usability, and operational excellence.</p> <p>You will design, build, and operate internal- and external-facing infrastructure as well as tools and services that empower engineering teams to deliver high-quality software faster and more safely. This includes hands-on development of cloud infrastructure provisioning and management workflows. Your work will directly influence how developers interact with our platforms and how effectively teams ship and maintain software. This is a highly collaborative role for a senior engineer who enjoys building production systems, mentoring others, shaping engineering practices, and acting as a force multiplier across teams.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Building and integrating networking, security, logging, and application orchestration systems that support products serving millions of users globally.</li> <li>Designing identity and access management solutions that promote secure operations with low operational overhead.</li> <li>Working with the Technology Enabling Services team to create safe and reliable self-service offerings for resource provisioning and access requests.</li> <li>Provisioning infrastructure economically and building visibility and tooling for other engineers to do the same with their workload resources.</li> <li>Owning reliability and resiliency outcomes for core infrastructure.</li> <li>Turning recurring support requests into reusable capabilities.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Experience and Skills</strong></h2> <p>We do not expect any single candidate to have deep expertise across all of these areas.
