Senior Clinical Program Manager *Hybrid*

Providence is calling for Senior Clinical Program Manager open to all our footprint states

Under the direction of the Clinical Director of Genomic Medicine and the Medical Director of the Molecular Genetic Laboratory, and the PSJH system Genomics and Research program, the Program Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining diverse activities related to The Population Health Genomics Screening Program for the PSJH system.

Required Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree in Genetic Counseling Or PhD in Clinical Genetics
• 5 years Combination of the following:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility in working with patients, physicians, administrators and on multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upon hire: Certified Genetic Counselor (ABGC) or Clinical Genetics Certification (ABMG)
• Experience providing genetic counseling and/or risk assessment, with broad based population screening experience
• Clinical research or experience
• Experience with program development and program management
