We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the Senior Business Strategy Analyst.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Senior Business Strategy Analyst will analyze product usage data from both channel partners and direct clients, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. This role will serve as a critical link between the product, sales, and pricing teams, leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and enhance product offerings. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions)

Data Analysis & Strategic Insights:

• Analyze client product adoption data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.

• Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions, product development, and go-to-market strategies.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on product performance, highlighting key drivers of growth and optimization areas.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and pricing, to influence strategic decision-making.

• Act as a liaison between business teams, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for revenue growth and product commercialization.

• Partner with product and technical teams to address user experience challenges and enhance customer engagement.

Business Strategy & Process Optimization:

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through rigorous testing and validation.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and streamline reporting processes.

• Apply strong inferential thinking to proactively address key business questions and inform next steps.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience):

• SQL Expertise: 3+ years of experience utilizing SQL for complex data querying and analysis.

• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data insights to business objectives.

• Autonomy & Collaboration: Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with key stakeholders.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly present findings and influence decision-making.

• Experience: Proven experience in a business strategy, analytics, or product support role.

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Education and Experience):

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI.

• Experience with statistical analysis software.
