Senior Business Analyst (Developer)

Build, develop and optimize various Credit Card Underwriting decisioning tools and operational changes using SQL, VBScript, VBA database languages. Identify, coordinate, document, and implement business requirements by determining solutions that enhance business systems, as well as provides support to business operations and processes. Conduct and/or facilitate user acceptance testing to include developing and executing test cases. Perform complex/difficult tasks with considerable impact.

• Evaluate business data and conduct analyses and reporting to identify challenges and opportunities; provide solutions to complex business problems using quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis
• Analyze, define and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating systems environment, interface with other systems, internal and external controls and output
• Implement new/enhanced products, services and/or operational changes
• Conduct and/or facilitate user acceptance testing to include developing and executing test cases, communication with project teams, validating and documenting results
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities
• Assess requirements for internal business processes, ensuring integration across teams and business units and compatibility with organizational strategic goals
• Represent the business unit in identifying, analyzing, and communicating system solutions
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business

• 5-7 years of experience in business and operational strategy, planning and implementing technical solutions
• Experience with testing, test case writing, and executing test cases
• Complete knowledge and understanding of business area/specialization
• Experience in SQL, VBScript and VBA database languages
• Research, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Advanced problem resolution skills including determining root cause, scope and scale of issues
• Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills
• Advanced project management skill to lead projects and/or initiatives of medium to large scope to include working effectively with diverse internal and external contacts
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
