Preferably looking for 6+ Years of experience candidate
- ITIL/ITSM Principles and Practice
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Distributed Compute (UNIX & Windows) or Mainframe Operating Systems (Linux commands, scripting, understand code)
- Network Concepts (Layer 1 to Layer 3) (Load balancers and application firewalls (WAFs))
- Middleware & Runtime Environments
- Stack Trace Analysis (TCP Dumps, Heap Dumps, CPU/memory analysis, Thread dumps)
- SQL querying skills.
- Logging and Monitoring methods, standards and tools
- DevOps Concepts & Tooling
- Resiliency, High Availability & Business Continuity Planning/Management
- Caching Concepts & Content Delivery Networks
- Cloud Concepts, Architecture and Platform as a Service (PaaS) Concepts
