Your role:
The selected candidate will be a member of the Antibody Group R&D Team, where you will be responsible for development and extensive characterization of monoclonal antibodies, including recombinant antibodies.
R&D scale production and purification of monoclonal antibodies using roller bottles, shake flasks, and small bioreactors.
You will be working in a group setting, collaborating/interacting with other colleagues and working across different groups/sites (supporting Assay Development, R&D and antibody manufacturing).
You will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the laboratory.
You will be required periodically to present data to stakeholders and seek feedback.
Your education and expertise:
Master’s degree or higher in biology, biotechnology, immunology or any other related subjects.
Extensive hands-on laboratory work experience including aseptic techniques, mammalian cell culture, e.g. hybridoma cell lines and CHO cell lines.
Recombinant expression of proteins/antibodies.
Protein purification using column chromatography.
Knowledge of Biacore technology and use of AI in antibody development is a plus.
Experience with Good Laboratory Practices and working within a highly regulated environment.

The base pay range for this position is:
