Salary: $20/hr + uncapped commission (13%–20%) + 100% of tips + bonuses

A beauty enthusiast with serious product knowledge and a passion for sharing it. You’re an educator and a sales driver. You connect deeply with guests, lead by example, and make every interaction an opportunity to build loyalty. You’re a team player, a strong communicator, and someone who sees every guest as a skincare journey waiting to begin.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Drive top-line sales by delivering expert guidance, personalized consultations, and deep product knowledge
• Inspire and coach teammates to elevate their skincare skills and deliver high-touch service
• Set, track, and exceed personal sales goals—and help others hit theirs
• Demonstrate skincare products and routines with confidence and clarity
• Train new hires, mentor peers, and create a knowledgeable, service-forward team
• Own the sales floor experience and ensure smooth transactions at POS
• Share strategies for boosting productivity, client retention, and customer loyalty
• Be flexible and willing to support other local stores when needed
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
   

YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU:

• Bring 2+ years of experience in skincare, esthetics, personal care, or beauty retail
• Have a passion for education and guiding others in beauty knowledge
