Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Engineer with deep expertise in AV systems, IT infrastructure, live streaming, and global communications engineering. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing complex technical projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact solutions in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AV, networking, and infrastructure projects across global enterprise environments.
• Oversee live streaming and broadcast engineering for high-profile events.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes.
• Design and implement scalable IT infrastructure, including VOIP, unified communications, and data center solutions.
• Supervise and mentor technical teams (onsite and offshore), ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive innovation in AV and IT service delivery, including IPTV, RF systems, and telepresence technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical program management, AV engineering, and IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale global projects and teams.
• Expertise in:
    - Audio/Video distribution and live streaming
    - Unified communications and VOIP
    - Data center and network architecture
    - RF uplink/downlink systems
    - Fiber optic and structured cabling
• Strong background in vendor management and budget oversight.
• Certifications: CCNA, AV Design.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with tools like Dynatrace, Riverbed Cascade, and Network Instruments Observer.
• Background in event-based technology delivery.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
