We are recruting a senior architectural technologist on behalf of our client a large engineering company close to Blackburn to join a growing CS&A team in the design and build of large energy centres.

About you and the role:
* Working within a team of different grade Architectural Technologists and Technicians you will be responsible for elements of the Architectural design with involvement to aspects civil and structural engineering.
* You will be responsible for leading technical design development, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and integrating renewable energy solutions into projects
* Capable of leading project delivery through all relevant RIBA stages, working closely with architects and other building professionals.
* Provide architectural design services and solutions on all construction projects.
* Strong buildings regulatory and compliance knowledge
* Technical design and project delivery, leading the design process and co-ordinating detailed design information.
