This individual will help drive data governance, data quality, and scalable analytics solutions while serving as a cross-functional data champion across the organization.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide recommendations to enhance the company’s Analytics strategy, including adoption of new tools &amp; processes.</li> <li>Help develop, implement, and maintain best practices for data governance and data quality.</li> <li>Provide training and mentorship for Analytics Engineers &amp; Analysts throughout the company.</li> <li>Data analysis and report development, including high visibility, cross-departmental dashboards.</li> <li>Data modeling and ETL development, ensuring accurate and quality data for Trove reporting needs.</li> <li>Become a data champion, forging connections between departments and business processes to steer data-driven improvements at an organizational level.</li> <li>Communicate recommendations for change based on personal analysis and investigated trends.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong> </strong>Advanced SQL experience, including expertise querying, optimizing, cleaning, and validating large volumes of data.</li> <li>Data modeling &amp; data warehouse development experience, particularly with modern cloud-based technologies (Snowflake preferred).</li> <li>Solid programming skills with Python or other programming languages.</li> <li><strong> </strong>Experience with GitLab or other version control system.</li> <li>Experience with Airflow or other orchestration platforms.</li> <li>Experience working with modern AI tools (Cl
