Essential Job Functions

• Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
• Participate in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges.
• Generate and present detailed reports on operational performance.
• Assist in resource allocation and budget tracking.
• Make data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Contribute to departmental goal setting and planning.
• Act as a subject matter expert in specific areas of operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Enablement
• Proficiencies in data analysis and reporting
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Project management skills a plus
• Data analytics certificate a plus
• Insurance industry knowledge a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients

• Strong Excel skills

• A deep understanding of life insurance products and how they are structured including Life, Property and Casualty, and Reinsurance preferred
• Previous DXC experience is an asset

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to create and present leadership level presentations of account status

Work Environment

• This is a remote role in the USA
• This role will not require travel

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $63,600 - $118,000.
