Essential Job Functions
- Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
- Participate in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges.
- Generate and present detailed reports on operational performance.
- Assist in resource allocation and budget tracking.
- Make data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Contribute to departmental goal setting and planning.
- Act as a subject matter expert in specific areas of operations.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Enablement
- Proficiencies in data analysis and reporting
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Project management skills a plus
- Data analytics certificate a plus
- Insurance industry knowledge a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients
- Strong communication skills
- Good human relations skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
Additional Criteria
- Strong Excel skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- A deep understanding of life insurance products and how they are structured including Life, Property and Casualty, and Reinsurance preferred
- Previous DXC experience is an asset
- Organization and planning skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to create and present leadership level presentations of account status
Work Environment
- This is a remote role in the USA
- This role will not require travel
