We're seeking an exceptional Senior AI Engineer to help turn our vision into reality. We are combining reasoning, machine learning, and generative AI to augment and democratize the expertise of accountants, empowering individuals and small businesses to make more informed financial decisions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models and natural language processing models for applications across accounting, including chat/dialogue-based interfaces; forecasting, estimation, and classification; and document understanding.
• Design, implement, and deploy deep learning models for applications across accounting and finance.
• Provide technical leadership to more junior engineers.
• Design and implement core deep learning/machine learning components of the Cynch AI platform.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Significant experience developing and applying machine learning and deep learning models to natural language processing, forecasting, estimation, or classification.
• Experience delivering machine learning and NLP based products.
• Ph.D. in machine learning.
• Expertise with machine learning techniques: Gradient Boosting, Decision Trees, Graphical Models.
• Extensive experience programming in Python, Julia or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with knowledge graphs or other reasoning technologies.
