- Assist in the creation of visual presentations, including graphs and charts, for meetings and program updates.
- Plan, coordinate, and organize meetings, conferences, and workshops, ensuring timely communication and preparation.
- Manage document filing, data entry, and administrative functions such as reproduction and dissemination of materials.
- Edit and proofread documents, applying knowledge of specialized and technical medical terminology, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Support communication efforts, coordinating between departments, teams, and leadership.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed promptly.
