Caterpillar's Building Construction Products (BCP) division is seeking 2 exceptional Senior Administrative Assistants to provide support to multiple leaders within the division. The ideal candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex schedules and tasks efficiently. These roles involve extensive calendar management, international and domestic travel scheduling, visa coordination, and expense book reconsolidation as well as maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. One position will be based in Cary, NC and the other in Clayton, NC. The Cary position will support 3 VPs and the Clayton position will support 2 VPs and both facilities in Clayton.
What You Will Do:
Assist executive leaders by managing day-to-day global operational and administrative needs concerning tasks, responsibilities, prioritizations, and delegations.
Coordinate and execute of all aspects of domestic and global travel including flights, ground transportation, hotel, visas and other elements as required.
Complete, reconcile and submit expense books.
Maintain calendars including the scheduling and rescheduling of meetings.
Collect and consolidate division-wide efforts.
Event coordination including meeting room reservations, meals, guest speakers and other logistics as needed.
Create employee meeting agendas and slides.
Order and manage supplies, customer and employee recognition items and tools necessary to perform our work.
Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to stay updated on the latest administrative methods and technology.

Office Administration: Knowledge of office administration activities; ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams. Knowledge of office administration systems – Microsoft Office Suite, Concur Travel and Expense, CIBT and UPS Campus Ship.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Previous administrative, human resource or customer service experience
Experience supporting multiple senior leaders
Additional Info:
We are hiring 2 positions
This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week in the respective location (Cary or Clayton).
