Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annual rate plus 10% bonus based on knowledge, skills, and experience
Modality: Hybrid (up to three days of WFH)
FLSA Exemption: Exempt
Exempt Schedule: Full-time

What you'll be doing:

• Participating in all aspects of month-end close and close analysis

• Assisting with the preparation of miscellaneous bank reports

• Assisting with approvals and payments

• Researching and correcting out-of-balance situations between the general ledger and sub-ledger

• Conducting account reconciliations

• Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis of financial data as needed

• Assisting with bank, financial, and tax audits

• Documenting and monitoring internal controls

• Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including advanced Excel skills

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Advancing towards a Master's degree in Accounting or an MBA

• Three years of public accounting experience or five years of accounting experience

• Experience in the leasing or finance industry

• Familiarity with the following software:

• QuickBooks Online

• Bill.com

• Salesforce

• Divvy

• Expensify
