As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Associate in Lewiston Woodville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a food and beverage production location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for employees and visitors. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns within the food and beverage production environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help control access throughout the location.
• Communicate clearly with team members and site personnel to support overall security-related operations.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
