Job Description

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol CRE in Tukwila, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining high visibility throughout your assigned area. Your presence will contribute to a secure environment, while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to those on site. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or access. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of security-related experience is required.
• Familiarity with computers or tablets is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control systems and/or badging is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
