Job Description

As a Security Engineer Intern you will work with the Information Systems and Security team in support of security initiatives to manage enterprise information resources.  The IS team supports and maintains enterprise systems and associated software, working with stakeholders to deliver product and platform services to employees and customers.

You will:

• Evaluate systems and identify opportunities in accordance with security directives
• Ensure hardware and software complies with security configuration guidelines
• Update resource documentation and operating procedures
• Produce reports including identified vulnerabilities and security metrics

The Ideal Candidate:

• Currently working toward a CS, IT or similar degree
• Experience with AWS
• Knowledge of scripting languages to automate tasks
• Understanding of operating systems and networking protocols
• Experience creating and updating documentation
