Job Description

HII- Mission Technologies is looking for an experienced Security Education Training and Awareness Officer to support our team in Springfield, VA. The SETA Officer is a SME on the development, facilitation and implementation of a multidisciplinary security training and awareness curriculum for SCI programs. The ideal SETA Officer requires excellent writing and speaking skills, creativity, sound judgment, and initiative.

 

Training rep 4 salary range : $97,262-180,629

 

Training rep 5 salary range : $123,822- 229,955

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Experience creating a security training program for a large program office.
  • Experience in creating recurring training schedules.
  • Experience conducting briefs to large audience.
  • Experience tracking training certificates and updating training records.
  • Ability to balance policy requirements with program mission and timeline.
  •  Ability to engender rapport with the military, civilians, and other contractors at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and team building skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Level 4: 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.

Level 5: 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience. 

 

TS/SCI required to start, must be able and willing to obtain CI Poly.

 

  • Working knowledge of DODM 5200.01 vol. 1-3
  • Working knowledge of ICD 700 and 703
  • Working knowledge of E.O. 13526
  • Familiarity with the 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM
  • Must be aware of all DOD and IC Training requirements and seamlessly implement them in a Training curriculum

Preferred Requirements

  • Familiarity with the DODM 5205.07, vol. 1-4
  • Familiarity with ICS 703-01
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for Training Curriculums
