About the role

Job Summary Details:
  The Security Camera Center Associate maintains the efficient flow of traffic within the parking garage using a computer-operated control panel to open and close ramp lanes as assigned by the manager. The employee will answer customer calls, which are initiated by the "help" button on pay machines and will assist customers or cashiers with needs related to entrance and exit protocol. The control room assistant will provide daily activity reports to the manager and will perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.  Schedule: Sat-Sun- 2p-10:30p, Thurs-Fri 6a-2pm

Pay: $17.34/hr.

applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Basic Qualifications:
  •  Must be 18 years of age or older •  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required. •  No experience required and on the job training provided.
  Preferred Qualifications:
  •  One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience preferred
  Responsibilities:
  •  Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.  •  Schedule and dispatch resources, which may be team members, crews/teams, equipment, or service vehicles, to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using radios, telephones, and/or computers; determines types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required according to work orders or client requirements  •  Ensure timely and efficient movement of resources according to work orders and/or resource schedules  •  Oversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s) •  Receive or prepare work orders and work schedules  •  Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work, or services performed, inventory, and other dispatch information  •  Recognize and mitigate a variety of issues encountered within the department and other work environments •  Confer with clients and/or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for resources  •  Monitor resources and utilization in order to coordinate services and schedules to achieve optimal efficiency; •  Compile statistics and reports on work progress. •  Monitor daily services and provide updates and reports •  Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
