Seasonal Seafood Processor

Summary: 

As a Seafood Processor, you will properly process various species of seafood, ensuring maximum use and yield of product. In addition, consistently maintain a high production pace in all areas of production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and grade product.
• Sort and separate products by species, size, quality, or color.
• Clean product.
• Place product in containers or on conveyors.
• Remove or pick debris or product from the conveyor.
• Sanitize work area and equipment.
• Properly package product.
• Properly sort and sort out excess products.
• Assist with workspace, plant clean-up, and upkeep.
• Adhere to all sanitation and product quality policies.
• Communicate quality issues to supervisors and leads.
• Maintain plant safety at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical requirements: 

• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

Pay: $17.80 Hourly
