Seasonal Sales Associate

Our Seasonal Sales Associates will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and representing the LAKE brand with passion and authenticity in our Charlotte location. Although this role is temporary, it is essential to our store's success. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team for the upcoming seasonal period.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products. 
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are visually appealing. 
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system (Shopify). 
• Educate customers about our products, including fabric details and care instructions. 
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise. 
• Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. 
• Participate in store events and promotions to engage with the community.

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
